Service Excellence Standard Training — Harare

Interactive service excellence for hospitality and gastronomic professionals.

SFI delivered the Harare session of the Service Excellence Standard Training in partnership with ARSO and Afreximbank.

Twenty-one participants attended, including hospitality professionals, restaurant operators, hotel managers and food-and-beverage supervisors. The day combined structured modules with live scenarios, role-play and open discussion.
